2. Payment Policy
- For prepaid orders, full payment is required at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery where COD is available.
- Prepaid Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and cleared. If a transaction fails, is declined, or cannot be verified, the order will not be processed.
3. Pricing and Currency
- All prices displayed on sallivo.com are listed in KES.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees are calculated at checkout where relevant.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks
- Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
